Terms & Conditions: Dog Training Services

By booking and purchasing dog training services with us, you (the Client) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

Minimum Package: All training agreements require a minimum commitment of three (3) sessions. Single, ad-hoc sessions are not offered for initial training packages.
Validity Period: All three sessions within a purchased package must be booked and completed within two (2) months from the date of the initial session. Any unused sessions remaining after the two-month period will expire without refund.

Strictly Force-Free: We operate strictly using modern, science-based, force-free, reward-based training methods. We strictly prohibit the use of physical force, coercion, intimidation, or aversive equipment.
Prohibited Equipment: Prong collars, choke chains, electric/shock collars, spray collars, slip leads, and any other equipment designed to cause pain, discomfort, or fear are strictly forbidden during all sessions and while working under our guidance.

Human Conduct: We operate a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed toward our staff, other clients, or animals.
Refusal to Follow Advice / Aversive Use: If a client repeatedly refuses to follow force-free guidance, uses physical punishment, or insists on using aversive equipment on their dog, we reserve the right to cancel remaining sessions immediately.
Termination Without Refund: If sessions are cancelled by us due to client hostility, offensive behavior, or refusal to adhere to our force-free welfare principles, no refund will be issued for any remaining sessions.

48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend a scheduled session, that session will be forfeited and lost without refund or replacement.

Unavoidable Circumstances: On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule a session due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergency, trainer illness, or dog health/safety concerns).
Notice & Rescheduling: We will provide as much notice as possible and will offer alternative dates to make up the postponed session within your 2-month package timeframe.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or disagreement with our advertised force-free training methodology.
Exceptional Circumstances (Health & Welfare): Refunds or package extensions may be considered at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances affecting health and well-being, such as:
- A certified medical or veterinary issue preventing the dog or handler from continuing training (a vet/doctor note may be required).
- Bereavement or severe health crisis.
Approved Refunds: If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, it will be calculated pro-rata for any un-attended sessions, minus a small administrative fee to cover processing costs.

Clients must ensure their dog is up-to-date on necessary vaccinations/titre tests and is physically fit to participate in training. Unless otherwise agreed. If you do not vaccinate please contact before training begins.
If your dog shows signs of infectious illness (e.g., kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious skin conditions), you must inform us immediately and refrain from attending in-person training.
